Savoury muffins are a great snack to have handy for lunch or afternoon tea. The beauty of them is that you can chuck in any ingredients that you like. I made a batch of muffins yesterday, for the birthday party, based on the basic ingredients in this Cheesy Bacon and Corn Recipe. I adapted this recipe by adding onion and parsley, plus more corn than what they suggested. The flavours were great together and in the future I would swap out the corn for sundried tomatoes and feta, or for some roasted pumpkin, or even caramelised onion. Anything goes! My cupcake holder was also a great way to display the muffins at the party too.
