In true “waste not, want not” fashion, I wanted to use up the marshmallows from yesterday’s rainbow kebabs. We are having a family dinner tonight with my side of the family while my parents are visiting. We always divide the meal up so that everyone can bring a plate, and this time we were on dessert. The dessert that instantly sprung to mind was Ambrosia.

Ambrosia Recipe
Whip 300mls of cream and gently mix in 1kg of strawberry yoghurt. Add enough chopped marshmallows, fresh or defrosted berries and grated milk chocolate until you are happy with the ratio of ingredients.

Not quite a winters dessert, but definitely one for those with a sweet tooth.
